Before the EU summit in Brussels Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite, told reporters that the agreements reached during the Minsk talks are absolutely weak, Joinfo.ua reports.
"The main part of a solution is the control of the borders. It was not agreed and was not solved," said Grybauskaite.
"That means that the border is open for any military entrance, any…military equipment entrance," she added.
"That means their solution is absolutely weak," said the president of Lithuania.
"And we will see in the days ahead how at least this…partial agreement will be implemented," Grybauskaite concluded.
"A ceasefire agreement was reached in Minsk five months ago, and it was not implemented. So, this is only ceasefire. The main issue of border control remains unsolved," she said.
