Mogherini to propose "concrete measures" to monitor implementation of Minsk agreements

On Thursday, Federica Mogherini, the Head of EU diplomacy, will offer the leaders of EU member states specific measures with the help of which the EU can support and monitor the implementation of the agreements reached in Minsk.

"On our side, from the European Union, we are looking already at the practical tools, the practical means, that we have to make the implementation feasible, to support it, to help and sustain these efforts. We will discuss – I will propose today to the Heads of State and Government – some concrete measures that, from the European Union side we can put in place to monitor and implement the agreement," Mogherini said before the EU Summit.
