President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that during the talks in Minsk, there were reached the agreements on withdrawal of all foreign troops from Ukraine, Joinfo.ua reports.

"The document has a clear commitment on withdrawal of all foreign troops from the territory of Ukraine. All the mercenaries must be withdrawn from the territory of Ukraine in the nearest future," Poroshenko said.

Also before the end of 2015, Ukrainian border guards must fully regain control over the border with Russia.

It was clearly pointed out that after the completion of a political settlement, the first day after the local elections the control must be ceded to the OSCE and Ukrainian border guards, and at the second phase, by the end of this year, Ukrainian border guards must fully restore the Ukrainian sovereignty and control over the Ukrainian state border," President said.

Meanwhile, neither the autonomy in eastern Ukraine nor federalization was discussed. According to Poroshenko, during the negotiations, there were set unacceptable conditions and ultimatums to Ukraine, but it did not yield.

"It was not easy, and in fact we were set all sorts of unacceptable conditions. We did not yield and clearly expressed the position that the ceasefire should take place without any preconditions," President said.
