Alexei Navalny urges to protest - but later

It is reported by Joinfo.ua with reference to Navalny's post in the blog.

"We are starting to prepare a big political action, which will be held in the form of mass rallies in Moscow and several major cities. So far, the date is not decided (we need a little time for coalition talks), but I suggest to be prepared for the second half of February," the politician wrote.

According to Navalny, first, there will be held a special sociological survey in Moscow, and then in other cities. Navalny believes that the poll "will help to deal with organizational and political issues that arise every time during the preparation of such events." The revolutionary blogger promises to publish the plan of preparation for the protest in the near future.

"We are not allowed to vote, we are not allowed to be in the media, we are "squeezed" even from the expert legislative activity. So, let's make efforts to ensure that our voice is heard on the streets," the Russian politician said.

Earlier, we reported that December 30, the Zamoskvoretskiy court of Moscow imposed the sentence to Alexei Navalny and his brother Oleg in the case of Yves Rocher. As a result, Alexei Navalny received three years and six months of suspended sentence. Also he has to pay a fine of half a million rubles. His brother Oleg Navalny received three years and six months of imprisonment and the same fine.

On that very day several thousand people came to the rally in Moscow. As a result, about 250 people were detained, including Navalny. Ukrainians who watched the "Revolution Olivier" ironically named so in social networks, burst into a flurry of mocking cartoons and poems about the "Moscow revolutionaries."
