According to Hennady Zubko, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services, in November the Government has allocated 375 million UAH for this purpose, 150 million UAH out of which were allocated for rehabilitation of infrastructure in the Luhansk region, and the rest – in the Donetsk region, Joinfo.ua reports with reference to the press service of the Cabinet.

Hennady Zubko believes that the communities of the territories with damaged infrastructure, social facilities and life support systems should control the proper use of these funds.

"Every community should independently determine the objects which must be recovered and what the money should be sent to," Deputy Prime Minister said.

He stresses that the allocated funds are to be used as efficiently as possible for the benefit of people and communities of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

It is to be recalled that today the next humanitarian convoy was sent from the Moscow Oblast to Donbas. This time it is carried by the Russian Red Cross.
