According to the Moldovan media, during their joint visit to Moldova, Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski and Ukrainian President Poroshenko were awarded orders.

Poroshenko and Komorowski received the orders from the President of Moldova Nicolae Timofti. The head of the Republic of Moldova awarded the Presidents of Ukraine and Poland Petro Poroshenko and Bronislaw Komorowski with the highest state award – the Order of the Republic.

"Presidents of Ukraine and Poland – Petro Poroshenko and Bronislaw Komorowski are awarded the Order of the Republic for the continued support of reforms and European development of Moldova," states the decree of the President of Moldova.

It is to be recalled that after their visit to Bratislava, Presidents of Poland and Ukraine Bronislaw Komorowski and Petro Poroshenko today stay in Moldova.

The head of Ukraine told the reporters that in such a way the politicians want to support Moldova on its European path.
