World news: MiG-29 fighter aircraft crashed today in the Brest region of Belarus. It is reported by joinfo.ua with reference to the press service of the Defense Ministry of the Republic.
The incident occurred around 1:30 pm on November 11 during a routine flight.
"During scheduled flights MiG-29 aircraft of the 61st Fighter Air Force Base and Air Defense Forces crashed as a result of emergency situation. The pilot ejected," said the statement.
It is noted that as a result of "contingency" no casualties or damage have been reported, but the pilot was found by the members of search and rescue team. Currently the commission of the military department is investigating the circumstances of the accident.
Earlier, there was a plane crash in the United States – the plane crashed into the airport building.
