A Ukrainian military was killed and two soldiers were wounded as the Ukraine forces’ positions near Katerynivka came under enemy fire Sunday, the ATO headquarters reported, according to UNIAN.
“According to preliminary information, as a result of the shelling of the positions of one of the mechanized brigades, whose personnel carry out combat missions in the Luhansk direction near Katerynivka, a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine died and two more troops were wounded,” the report said.
In the said direction, the enemy fired 120 mm mortars. The positions of the Ukrainian troops were fired upon from the settlement of Molodizhne, which is temporarily controlled by Russian-backed militants.
The highly-acclaimed Ukrainian quartet Dakha Brakha announced their song Shcho Z Pid Duba was included in the original soundtrack of the third season of Fargo series, Joinfo.com reports with reference to UNIAN.
“Fargo 3 season 2 episode. Enjoy! If you know what we mean,” reads the announcement on the band’s official page on Facebook, hinting at their musical participation in the world-famous series by Cohen Brothers.
DakhaBrakha was created in 2004 at the Kyiv Center of Contemporary Art «DAKH» by the avant-garde theatre director — Vladyslav Troitskyi. Theatre work has left its mark on the band performances — their shows have never been staged without the scenic effects.
Accompanied by Indian, Arabic, African, Russian and Australian traditional instrumentation, the quartet’s astonishingly powerful and uncompromising vocal range creates a trans-national sound rooted in Ukrainian culture.
DakhaBrakha has played concerts and performances and has taken part in numerous international festivals in Ukraine, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Austria, Slovenia, Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Rumunia, Italy, Spaine, Portugal, Greece, Germany, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norvegia, Belarus, Georgia, Hungary, Poland, Chine, Australia, USA, Canada, Columbia, New Zealand, Brazil.
