Mark Feygin has published documents of the examination of the cell phone, which belonged to Nadiya Savchenko, confirming the fact that at the time of the murder of the Russian journalists she was in captivity and could not adjust fire, Joinfo.ua reports with reference to the website of Mark Feygin.
“Here are the results of examination of the cell phine, which belonged to the service member, proving that she could not adjust fire at the Russian journalists on June 17, 2014. We publish the documents in full,” wrote the lawyer.
Earlier, the lawyers have repeatedly stated that they had a video footage proving innocence of Savchenko. In addition, the Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Sevruk also said that the agency had evidence of non-involvement of Savchenko in the murder of the Russian journalists.
