A new terrorist attack in Paris again attracts attention of the journalists. In the western part of Paris at the post office, an unknown man took three people hostage, Joinfo.ua reports with reference to the French television station.
The man, who took hostages, is not a terrorist. The armed man called the police, reporting about the hostages.
It is reported that his identity is known to the security service. At the moment, the area is cordoned off.
January 7-9 in Paris, France, there was a series of terrorist attacks resulting in deaths of 16 people. The terrorist group al-Qaeda took the responsibility for the attack.
A new issue of Charlie Hebdo magazine released after the shooting depicts weeping Prophet Muhammad on the cover with the words "Tout est pardonné" (Everything is forgiven – Ed.). The editorial staff transferred the proceeds from the sale of the magazine to the bereaved families of the journalists.
There is a lot of rush around this issue – many readers even booked the copies of the magazine at newsstands. When 3 million copies of the magazine were sold out, it was decided to print another 2 million copies.
