For the dough:
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour,
1 tsp soda, slaked with vinegar
2 tbsp sour cream
1 bowl of strawberries
1 chocolate bar
fruits for decorating (apricots, kiwi, bananas, etc.).
For the cream:
1,5 cup sour cream
0.5 cup sugar
vanilla sugar (for flavor)
2 cup strawberries
Mix all the ingredients in food processor until smooth. Pour half of the mixture into a pre-greased baking tin. Put it in oven, preheated to 200° C. Bake until ready (about 20 minutes).
Remove the cake, cut it in half lengthwise, butter each layer with the cream (cream is better to prepare in advance and let it cool in refrigerator). Spread the strawberry halves on the cake.
Do it with every layer. Then bake the second half of the mixture. Do the same with it, but spread other fruits instead of strawberries. Use your imagination and creativity.
Grate chocolate on the top of the cake. Put the cake in refrigerator to soak for 2-3 hours.
